Students should be proactive in applying for scholarships. DO NOT wait until the last minute to apply. Get started early, during the summer is great. Also, don’t just apply for 1 scholarship. Apply for a bunch! Even if they are smaller they can add up. Students may also want to set up an alternative email when applying for college scholarships. You will most likely get a lot of emails.
