If you are specifically choosing your place of higher education based on bike-friendliness, this list will help you.  If you are just curious about which colleges are the most bike-friendly, then this list will certainly help you. The college bike friendliness was based on 5 categories: engineering, education, encouragement, enforcement and evaluation and planning.
