Must write an essay on the topic of political courage.

Ron Brown Scholar Program

Must be African American high school seniors.

Burger King Scholars Program

Must be high school seniors with a 2.5 GPA.

GE – Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program

Must demonstrate the attributes of leadership, drive, integrity, and citizenship.

Ronald Reagan College Leaders Scholarship Program

Must demonstrate leadership on behalf of the cause of freedom, American values, and constitutional principles.

Washington Crossing Foundation Scholarship

Deadline: January 15      Award: $500 – $5,000
Must be planning careers of service to the United States in a local, state, or federal government.

BMW/SAE Engineering Scholarship

Deadline: January 15      Award: $1,500
Must plan to major in engineering or a related science degree program.

Gates Millennium Scholars Program

Deadline: January 16      Award: $10,000
Must be minorities who meet Federal Pell Grant eligibility criteria.

Create-A-Greeting-Card Scholarship Contest

Must create and submit a photo, artwork, or computer graphic for the front of a greeting card.

Gulen Institute Youth Platform Essay Contest

Ritchie-Jennings Memorial Scholarship

National ACT High School Poster Contest

Must create an original poster that encourages students to take the ACT test.
