I honestly would have to say just stay focused I think it's no reason for you to fail because I participated in activities and still went out with friends and finished my freshman year off really strong. I know everybody's attention span is different but I truely believe Alabama A & M University is a school you can learn and have fun at. Good Luck to all the incoming freshman and transfer students!

The school is a great school to attend. The classes are very easy if you do what you are suppose to and study. The only problem that I have had since I have been in attendance is the financial aid.

This place is small and boring especially if you don't have a car. The dorms here are not worth what ypu have to pay. This school is not worth $20,000+ if your an out-of-state student.

Alabama A&M is a school with a strong community aspect and it houses many talented students and instructors. The Administration and faculty work hard to serve their students. Our professors are some of the best at what they do.

A&M offers wonderful classroom environments; however, administration WILL cause you trouble. I chose A&M because I am getting a science related major. Otherwise, I would have chosen another school after my first semester.

Everything is ran sort of slowly. It appears that they are unorganized when it comes down to the financial department. Dorm life sucks.

I guess since a lot of new students just am in that its very hectic. I would say go to orientation it helps a lot especially if your a new student. Also be on top of your stuff, this is college there's no one here to tell you what to do.
