What Students Are Saying

Study a lot! It's hard work and you have to work hard to do well. The professors can help you, but it is up to you to work at doing well.
Adam from Pawcatuck, CT
There is a lot a work and studying that you have to do, and coming from high school, it can be a bit overwhelming. But if you stay on top of things and don;t wait till the last minute, you'll be fine.
Nicole from Port Ewen, NY
Get to know your professors and the tutors in the writing center right off the bat. It will make your life much easier in the long run. They are there to help you, so never be scared to ask for help. Also, learn your way around the library building. The librarians are kind, very helpful and very willing to help out. They are saints when you're still learning your way around the library database. The writing center and the science assistance center are on the second floor, where there is a plethora of people able to help you manage your coursework. Though you'll want to find our their schedules because they're not there 24/7.
Jennifer from Manlius, NY
This school is obviously focused on pharmacy and is very expensive to intend. Do not come here unless you are absolutely sure you want to become a pharmacist and make the commitment to work.
Kelly from Cuyler, NY
Study, work hard and have fun!
Laura from Albany, NY
