Am learning a lot
The teachers are great, but you have to get used to them. They make sure you understand the material and are helpful. You will need to learn but will learn.
Am enjoying being here
It is a great campus, it's small which I personally like. You get to know everyone and you see the same people all the time. Also, Albany is a great little city. Not too big to be overwhelming, but not so small, there's nothing to do.
Bang for the buck
There are definitely great facilities and faculty/staff for the price.
Tips for prospective students
Study a lot! It's hard work and you have to work hard to do well. The professors can help you, but it is up to you to work at doing well.
Great for these types of students
This school is for someone who wants a small campus. There aren't many sports, so it's for someone who may want to just play intramural type sports. It's for someone who wants a great career that they have to work for.

Am learning a lot
The teachers are great, and go out of their way to help you and make sure you understand everything. They do their best to make sure you are ready for each test.
Am enjoying being here
I love the campus, and everyone is really friendly, and there is a lot you can do around the campus.
Tips for prospective students
There is a lot a work and studying that you have to do, and coming from high school, it can be a bit overwhelming. But if you stay on top of things and don;t wait till the last minute, you'll be fine.
Great for these types of students
Hard working students, and not slackers. There is a lot a work and studying!

Am learning a lot
There's a lot of work to be done, as well as a lot of studying and memorizing. It's great, if you can keep on top of the workload. The professors are brilliant as well. They're nice, smart, approachable, and really knows what they're doing.
Am enjoying being here
There is a lot of work. A lot of time the courseload can feel extremely overwhelming, but keep at it and it can be rewarding. There are so many places you can find help.
There are also many activities and events planned for the students each year. Some of the events include Relay For Life, movies every Friday, Bingo nights, comedians, Human vs. Zombie and much more.
Bang for the buck
The price is steep, but you get a lot in return. There are many activities on campus, so many you don't necessarily need to leave the campus to find something fun to do. For example, there's the library, the work out gym, and the gymnasium. There are clubs like Zumba club, dance team, karate club, colleges against cancer, multicultural club and Another Creative Prospective. The student center is an amazing place as well. The dining hall offers an amazing variety of foods, including a Tim Horton's and Coldstone Creamery. And there's something happening in the atrium almost everyday.
Tips for prospective students
Get to know your professors and the tutors in the writing center right off the bat. It will make your life much easier in the long run. They are there to help you, so never be scared to ask for help. Also, learn your way around the library building. The librarians are kind, very helpful and very willing to help out. They are saints when you're still learning your way around the library database. The writing center and the science assistance center are on the second floor, where there is a plethora of people able to help you manage your coursework. Though you'll want to find our their schedules because they're not there 24/7.
Great for these types of students
Great for people that keep on top of their work. If you're a slacker, you will fall behind fast and hard. You really only want to join the pharmacy program if you're a hard worker and willing to sacrifice time to study. You will definitely need to study much harder than you had in high school, so be prepared.

Tips for prospective students
This school is obviously focused on pharmacy and is very expensive to intend. Do not come here unless you are absolutely sure you want to become a pharmacist and make the commitment to work.
Dorm Life
Double to Quad freshman dorms. Each dorm has it's own bathroom.

In three sentences
ACPHS is an outstanding option for students ready to take on a fast paced education. There are many options available outside of the Doctor of Pharmacy program that will foster your learning. Overall it has been an amazing experiance so far.
