Do your work and communicate with your teachers.

If you are bored here, it is your own fault. Creativity and fun friends will go a long way in this small town. The staff is so fun and you will grow to know each teacher, adviser, and faculty member on a more personal level.

I would recommend this to anyone starting out for there first time in college.

Don't ever give up. I didn't do well at the beginning when I first started taking classes at Allen. But I have learned from my mistakes, and am making changes, and I'm ready to become successful with the career I have chosen. The professors and staff are there with arms wide open always when you need help with something, and they will do their best to help you meet your goal.

Do not be afraid to talk to the staff. Every single employee whether it be teachers, admisions office staff, or financial aid advisors are more than willing to help a student reach their highest potential. I absolutely love how personable the staff is.
