    Speak with an adviser and speak with one often! They really do care about keeping you on track while you're attending the college. If you take classes online be sure to keep up or stay ahead of course work! It's even possible to finish classes a week or two early. One last thing, communication between you and professor is key to a great experience.

    Don't ever give up. I didn't do well at the beginning when I first started taking classes at Allen. But I have learned from my mistakes, and am making changes, and I'm ready to become successful with the career I have chosen. The professors and staff are there with arms wide open always when you need help with something, and they will do their best to help you meet your goal.
