The classes here are VERY intense. Be prepared to study A LOT. But also, be prepared to be intelligent and actually have something knowledgeable to contribute to conversations. I like being able to talk about something meaningful with my parents now like politics (Political Science major! lol).

It's a small, close-knit school, which is good because everyone (including professors) knows you, but bad because everyone knows you. Classes are not going to be easy, which is a good thing because it makes you more prepared in the long run. I am very happy with my decision to become a Scot!

Alma College works hard to make sure all the students are taken care of as best they can. The school works together in a harmony that I've never seen; bringing together Greek Life, academics, and everything else in between. The classes are mostly small with professors that try to do what they can to help students, but do remember that they're just as human as you.

Everything I wanted in a college. Difficult, but worth every second. The best schooling I could have asked for.

Alma is a great community to study and live in. The professors really care that you succeed and all the staff members I've met so far are really great peoples. I can't imagine going to any other college.

There is only one Alma. Alma College provides great opportunities to travel abroad beginning Freshman or Sophomore year. Alma College has a terrific sense of community among students, faculty, and local residents.

Alma is a bubble: once there you're basically cut off from the outside world. Within the bubble the student body consists of cliques made up of the numerous clubs and organizations on campus. Once you're in one place, it's difficult to fit in somewhere else.

Alma is a place of unity. Everyone comes together as one.. One school, one family, one Alma. Where else would you see a marching band wearing kilts?

Alma College is a small town college that has very strong education and health-related programs. The atmosphere is very diverse, friendly and cultured. There are many world traveling opportunities and the professors are accessible and awesome.
