As freshman, especially if you are living in the dorms, get involved and take advantage of free activities on campus. Living in the dorms can suck at times so you need to make the best of it by getting out and eating as much free food as you can. 3. Tips for prospective Alverno College students would be to stay on top of homework. I am a nursing major and classes are busy and have a lot of content in them, if you stay ahead of studying, reading and assignments you will be successful.
