» Read MoreFor fun, Anderson throws its annual Hootenanny at the beginning of each school year along with other fun and exciting events all throughout our welcome week. There are some local parks, a mall, ponds, skating rink, and a bowling alley near by. There is also going to be a new and improved Student Center which will be fascinating.
» Read MoreThey have tons of intramural sports and actives, weekend trips and any other little things they put together for the students.
» Read MoreThere are various events that take place through the year on campus, such as concerts, hall events, worship opportunities and student activity planned events. One of my favorite events are the drive in movie at the beginning of the school year and the tacky Christmas sweater party that occurs before christmas break. There are many opportunities to get involved in campus life throughout the semester.

» Read MorePlenty. From drive in movies and multiple sports events, to a cute little workout center and school dances. Great place to socialize. Also, terrific library if you just prefer to sit somewhere quiet and read.
» Read MoreAnderson is a growing community and new businesses are coming to the area. We recently got a Starbucks and Cook Out, and a Krispy Kreme has been announced for the area. Student Activities also plans events for every week or two. Some of the big annual events are wonderful, like 80s Skate Night and Homecoming Week, and some more often occurring events like Open Mic Nights and others encourage a more low-key atmosphere.
