Categories Comments Great for these types of students Great for students who like small classes who like one-on-one time with their professors. Great athletic department, and good connections to local businesses and locations for class trips and internships.
Tips for prospective students Make sure you keep up with your schoolwork, because the professors will make sure you have something to do most of time. Study, study, STUDY!!! Get to know your fellow students and faculty very well; this is a community-oriented campus, and it will only help to spend time with them.
Bang for the buck As great a campus as this is, the price is about average; not cheap, but not sky-high like the popular universities like Clemson or USC.
Am enjoying being here The faculty are always nice and willing to help out. The cultural impact is awesome; there are always sporting events to see or fun activities to take part in, as well as community projects to help give back.
Am learning a lot The teachers at AU not only challenge you intellectually, but they are always willing to help you outside of class whenever you need it.

Categories Comments Great for these types of students AU is a great fit for those who are hard workers, love fun and friends and are willing to grow and face their fears. Come visit!
Tips for prospective students 1. Apply for scholarships early. 2. Get your grades up! Hard work does count when it comes to scholarships! Also, working hard now will prepare you for college. 3. Talk with the teachers of the major(s) you are considering. Make a list of what's important to you and discuss that with them. 4. Last, but definitely not least. VISIT THE CAMPUS! You will never know if you are meant to be at a school unless you go. Believe me, you will just know if its right for you.
Bang for the buck This school is one of the few private Christian schools that offers a lot of scholarships. Also, the quality of education, the beauty of the campus, and the overall positivity of the student body and faculty makes this a great buy. This is an educational experience that is hard to find.
Am enjoying being here The campus is beautiful with the big brick buildings all over campus and the green grassy front lawn where students socialize and play sports. It is also a campus you can feel safe at, because as a student body, we look out for each other. Its a very positive environment. The only reason this isn't five star is because if you do not have a car, there is not much you can do off campus because almost every restaurant and movie theater is about a 5-10 minute drive from campus. However, you will find a family at Anderson University and there are fun activities on campus that help you to bond with other AU Trojans.
Am learning a lot Not only do the teachers push you mentally in class, they are willing to help you with projects outside of class. They want you to succeed and will do what it takes to see you reach your goals and get closer to your calling. Opportunities to learn from working professionals are also given throughout the semester.

Categories Comments Bang for the buck While Anderson University may have a large sticker price, they make money become the last issue. They offer a wide variety of scholarship opportunities, many in different areas. The financial aid department is quick and easy to get what you need and get out so that you may finish other errands, or even study!
Am enjoying being here The teachers are very personable, which wants me to be in class. Anderson also provides a large variety of students to become acquainted with.
Am learning a lot This school has sent a lot of useful information in my direction. The best part of it all, is that it's not just educational information, but also real life information.

Categories Comments Great for these types of students Anderson University is great for people who are mission minded and wanting to serve and show Christ's love to other people. Anderson has a lot of opportunities for you to grow in your faith, while also having a fun and memorable learning experience during your college career.
Tips for prospective students Talk to students who are pursuing degrees you are also interested in, and ask them what they enjoy most about Anderson University. The people here are very friendly and willing to help you if you have questions!! When I first came to Anderson, I had difficulties with the location of my classes and even going to the store because I am from out of state. Even though I did not know anyone, people were kind and willing to help me when I needed it. People's kindness and generosity are one of the main reasons I came to this school.
Bang for the buck While most colleges are extremely expensive and hard to accommodate financial aid, Anderson is wonderful with finding scholarships that will match your interests and provide some financial relief when it comes to paying for your degree.
Am enjoying being here Although Anderson is a small town, my friends and I have been on countless adventures. From snowball fights in the winter to mountain climbing and frisbee in the fall, we always find something to do! Anderson is a fabulous place for people who enjoy studying peacefully outside. The campus is truly beautiful and I have enjoyed studying and playing outside on Anderson University grounds.
Am learning a lot I am currently enrolled in the Visual and Performing Arts Department at AU, and I have loved every minute of it. The professors know me by name and have take time to get to know me. The class sizes are small, providing more attention from my professors and great learning experiences. The professors and administrators at Anderson University really invest in you not only in as a student, but as a maturing adult.

Categories Comments Campus Safety Usually quick to put out weather warnings and general information. Also quick to help you in situations of need.
Clubs and Activities There are so many clubs and events that I literally can't list them all. Be assured at Anderson there will be something for you.
Great for these types of students Christian students.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus There are several annual events that continually draw many participants. One example is a search for the mascots sword, which is hidden all around campus.
Bang for the buck Anderson can be a little more pricy as its a private school. That being said, there is ample opportunity for scholarship that help offset the cost. The growth one can experience at Anderson I feel truly makes it worth it. Would be a 5 is they would lower tuition.
What to do for fun There are tons of activities led by student groups and School sponsored events. Anderson really generates a family atmosphere where its really hard to get lonely. Anderson also provides a downtown with a plethora of activities. There are also tons of parks around the school.
Food and Dining The food tends to be okay, but after a while it can get repetitive. The new student center is going to provide many more options for dining on campus. A lot of people eat off campus.
Dorm Life The Dorms tend to be much better for girls. After freshman year, there are a lot more options for guys to live on campus. I'd give this a four for girls on campus living and a two for Guys.
Academic Rigor Anderson Provides a great academic enrichment with teachers who are willing to work with you and are passionate in the student succeeding.
Tips for prospective students Anderson isn't a place to attend if one hopes to get the big college experience. Also, 8 semester Chapel attendances is mandatory so be prepared for that.
In three sentences Anderson is a great place for someone looking for a school that will provide a Christian family atmosphere. The school is continually growing and already ranks as a top private school in South Carolina. The university is a great place to really mature and grow as a Christian student.

Categories Comments Campus Safety The campus is very safe. Also if you lose your keys people usually turn them in, people are very honest
Greek Life NONE
Clubs and Activities There are many clubs, most have to do with religion, some do not. Basketball is huge at AU and so is soccer.
Great for these types of students Great for a person who wants individual attention in the classroom.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus If a couple sits on the white benches together 3 times, they will get married before they leave AU, or right after.
Bang for the buck You get what you pay for. At AU you are paying for great teachers, good christian students, and a beautiful campus. The only problem students tend to complain about is the parking, but its not that bad.
What to do for fun Anderson is a beautiful little town. Everything fun is on Clemson Boulevard. Many students go to the park, or tan on the lawn, go to cookout, or the mall. At night time, the biggest thing to do is go to wild wings. During football season we go to Clemson games because we do not have football.
Food and Dining The Cafeteria has a variety of foods, if you do not like what they are serving you can always stick with a sandwich.
Dorm Life The Dorms are very old but they are kept clean and nice. Pratt doesn't have but 2 outlets in the room and no outlets in the bathroom.
Academic Rigor The teachers know what they are talking about. AU is known for the Education Major and the Interior Design Major. The Education Department Is Nationally Acredited
Tips for prospective students Make sure you keep your grades up. Don't fail any classes. You will get familiar with the computer labs and the cookout, because of late nights and printing. You will love it there.
In three sentences I Love Anderson. It is a small school full of people who care. The class sizes are perfect so you can get individual attention.

Categories Comments Campus Safety I felt very safe on campus.
Great for these types of students Serious learners. Dedicated Christians.
Bang for the buck I received scholarships from the University which has helped tremendously in my decision to attend. It won't cost that much more to attend than a state university. I hope to even win more scholarships throughout the summer!
What to do for fun We went to a sports event that was a lot of fun. I also went to an off campus restaurant with some of the students and had a great time.
Food and Dining I enjoyed the food and dining atmosphere while I was visiting Anderson.
Dorm Life I am looking forward to living on campus. The dorms seem well supervised and not overcrowded.
Academic Rigor I met with the professor in charge of my major and was very impressed that the class size will be small. I feel I will have a good relationship with the professors and when I need help will be able to receive it easily. They have many majors to choose from.
Tips for prospective students You will be impressed with the attention given to make your transition into college from high school. Visit the school while students are present. This helped me see there is a Christian active community on campus.
In three sentences I feel it will give me a quality education. The campus has character and is beautiful. The faculty, staff and students I have met are sincere with helping me succeed in my education.

Categories Comments Great for these types of students Communications, Education, Business and Music are great majors for anyone wanting to attend AU.
Tips for prospective students Be confident in yourself and your abilities. You too CAN be a student at AU.
Bang for the buck Even though AU is a private school, there are a lot of scholarship opportunities available to anyone who applies. I feel I am getting the best education at AU for my money.
Am enjoying being here AU students are the best. They are smart, warm,, friendly and fun to hang out with. I have made a lot of friends, which will last a lifetime. I also like that AU is not far from my hometown, making it easy to go home when I like.
Am learning a lot After my acceptance last year, AU was voted one of the top 100 schools in the US. WOW sums it up. The professors are wonderful and the classes are preparing me so I can adapt to the real world once I graduate.

Categories Comments Great for these types of students The school is well-known for their Education, Interior Design, and Business majors. The other majors are well developed too but this school is great for anyone in those main majors. The school is also great for people looking for a way to celebrate and show their Christian faith.
Tips for prospective students Go to the Expo at the beginning of the year, it lets you become acquainted with the clubs on campus and some of the local businesses. Don't be afraid to go out of your comfort level and talk to someone new, everyone here is ready to be your friend.
Bang for the buck Anderson was rated one of the best colleges in the southeast not too long ago. As a private school, tuition is on the high side but the people in the financial aid office are very willing to work with you and when the wonderful academics are taken into consideration it's a very good buy indeed.
Am enjoying being here This is a truly beautiful campus and it's a very safe place to live. The people here are all super friendly and there are clubs on all sorts of topics for you to join.
Am learning a lot The professors here are absolutely amazing. The professors are interested in you not only academically but also personally. Teachers really know their fields, most of the teachers I've had the past year all have doctorates.

Categories Comments Great for these types of students Students who are looking for a Christian based college that is friendly. Also good for students who want the comfort of home without actually being at your home!
Tips for prospective students I would recommend checking out the campus before you attend. Make sure you sit it on a class so you can see how friendly the professors are.
Bang for the buck This is definitely worth the money. It's a pretty expensive school. However, they give out a lot of scholarships and financial aid. The admissions department spends a lot of time with you. They help you get every possible scholarship you can!
Did enjoy being here I ended up transferring from Anderson University my Freshman year. However, this wasn't due to the campus. The campus itself was great. It's small enough to feel comfortable and everyone is polite. The cafeteria food was okay except on the weekends. Kingsley and the Village are definitely the best dorm rooms. I ended up transferring because I switched to a major they didn't offer.
Did learn a lot The professor at Anderson University are very helpful. Each of my professors took the time out of their day to answer any questions I had. Great office hours and great attitudes!

Categories Comments Great for these types of students Any student can find a nitch at AU. We have a wonderful Center for Student Success that goes out of their way to help you if you have a physical or learning disability. Many of my friends would not have done well at any other college, but they were able to thrive here because of that help. Students wanting a Christianity degree should come here too. We have the best Christianity department in the state. The professors are brilliant, kind, experienced, well-rounded, excellent teachers, and firmly grounded in the Word of God. They are not content with just an in-class relationship; they seek out opportunities to help students outside of class and to just get to know them.
Tips for prospective students Get your application in early even if you are undecided because you can earn so amazing first-come-first-serve scholarships simply by having paperwork turned in. Visit us over night. It gives you a true feel of the life on campus and gives you peers to ask the embarrassing questions that you don't really want to ask the tour guide. Enjoy senior year! Don't get so stressed about colleges that you miss senior year. Just make the decision to come to AU, and sit back and relax. ;)
Bang for the buck Obviously, it would be nice if college was less expensive. But the education and experience that you get at AU compared to colleges that are similarly priced is extraordinary. If you paid the same amount somewhere else, the dorms would be in terrible condition, the food would not be as varied, and the professors would not be as educated. Anywhere you go is going to be too expensive, but AU is a wonderful wonderful deal considering the quality of education you get plus all the food and living areas.
Am enjoying being here I love the AU environment! The majority of students genuinely want to be here and that increases the enjoyment of everyone. The feel on campus is very relaxed and family-like. I know everyone says that, but at AU the students, faculty, and administration go out of their way to love on each other. God is the center of the school, but there is no legalism to bind you down. It helps to promote a genuineness in the lives of Christians and enables the lost to feel more comfortable and yet still be exposed to the Gospel. I have worked at another college, stayed at four over night, and visited the campuses of many others, and I can honestly say that AU is the most beautiful and has the most unique atmosphere. The dorms are wonderful and actually feel like home too. Though the cafeteria does not always have the best food, they have a wide variety of options, so you never go hungry. Food for Thought is also a convenient choice for the student in a hurry. The library is huge and well stocked (at least in the Christianity, history, and education sections; I have had little contact with the other sections). It would be nice if the cafeteria hours were longer, but on the plus side it provides a great place to hang out with friends. The ladies in the cafeteria also know many of the students by name and ask about their personal lives while giving them food.
Am learning a lot The professors here, especially the ones within your major, care about your success outside of the classroom, but they also know the importance of you learning all you can in the classroom. They pour into the lessons to be sure that you are learning the most you can in the semester that you sit in their class. General Education classes that I didn't want to take have helped me in the classes that are vital for my future career. I have been challenged to learn, yet not overwhelmed to the point where success was out of reach. AU has given me a desire to learn more and further my education beyond college.

Categories Comments Great for these types of students AU is great for anyone seeking to get a solid educational foundation with Christian values. AU is a Christian institution and stands by its convictions. If you are wanting to pursue a ministry or theological degree, AU is one of the best places to get it.
Tips for prospective students Stay on top of your schoolwork once you get here, and give high school your best.
Bang for the buck AU is expensive, but it was recently listed as one of America's top college buys. The financial aid is immense.
Am enjoying being here AU is everything I could have hoped for and more. It is well worth the money invested.
Am learning a lot The faculty and staff at AU are some of the best of the best, especially in the Department of Christian Studies.

What to do for fun There is always student activities going on. Between intramurals, varsity sports, and just hanging out, there is plenty of things to do on campus in order to have some fun. The student center is a fun place to just go to hang out with friends.
Food and Dining There are three different places to eat on campus, and there is a coffee shop. It is a good variety of food. This allows you to eat what you are in the mood for anytime you want.
Dorm Life Staying on campus is amazing! You meet so many different people and begin to build someone awesome friendships.
Academic Rigor The professors do not expect too much out of their students. The amount of work is not bad at all, but you do have to put forth some effort to succeed.
Tips for prospective students Make sure you pick classes and a major that you are seriously interested in.

Categories Comments Campus Safety Campus safety is always around there to help
Greek Life We do not have any sororities or fraternities because we are so small, but I kind of like that.
Clubs and Activities We have tons of clubs and other activities to get involved with on campus!
What to do for fun We have a little bit of everything to do around campus and off. Anderson is big enough to keep you entertained and busy.
Food and Dining It's decent cafeteria food! I love the different options we have there on campus.
Dorm Life I love dorm life! It's more than what I thought it would be and I have met some lifelong friends and it's so nice to have everything close by.
Academic Rigor It gets tough, but with the professors help and all the resources you have it really isn't that rough if you work hard.
Tips for prospective students Definitely consider Anderson University!

Categories Comments Campus Safety Safety cars are always driving around, but they aren't easy to find when you need them. I have never had an issue of worrying about my safety.
Greek Life There is no greek life at AU.
Great for these types of students Those who are get along with mostly everyone. People who love to hang out with other people and get to know all different types of people.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus During exam week, the library is crazy! Most people are procrastinating so not much studying gets done in there.
Bang for the buck For how much you pay for the university, you get great friends and a great education. The nightlife and fun things to do outside of the campus are not always great.
What to do for fun For fun, it is best to go to Greenville, which is 30 minutes away. People go to Clemson, which is also 30 minutes away, to hang out. In Anderson, it is best to go to out to eat or bowling. Also, there is a movie theater.
Food and Dining The food does not taste very good. The service is poor and in the majority of the dining halls, the workers do not care about their job. The dining halls are not open during enough hours of the day.
Dorm Life It can get boring sometimes due to the lack of things to do in Anderson. The opposite sex is not always able to go into your dorm, which may be good or bad. Most R.A.'s have activities and fun things to do every week.
Academic Rigor Almost all of the students are committed to working hard and completing their studies. The teachers are very committed to making sure that their students understand the material. The dean of your college is always involved in what is going on in your life.
Tips for prospective students Make sure you get involved on campus with as many groups and clubs as possible-This is where you meet new friends and become known. Be committed to your studies and work-it is easy to slack off, but in the end, hard work pays off.
In three sentences The professors are committed to teaching students what they need to learn. The campus life is friendly and almost everyone is involved with the school and each other. It is occasionally difficult to find things to do in Anderson.

Bang for the buck It is an extraordinary school with friendly people! I have never felt a school as a home until I attended Anderson University!
Food and Dining They have three cafeterias, each with its own type of food. They all offer a wide and healthy variety!
Dorm Life Dorms are clean and fits a lot inside! Room mates are friendly and sociable!

Categories Comments Campus Safety our campus safety ifs wonderful and prompt. we are very well protected.
Greek Life none accept for artistic and academic ones. i am part of a theatre fraternity called alpha psi omega and an academic society call gamme beta phi.
Clubs and Activities f.c.a., b.c.m. (baptist collegiate ministries), r.u.f. (another campus ministry), campus crusade for christ, history club, international club, intramural sports, choir, music ensembles.
Great for these types of students christian, conservative, disciplined, not afraid of rules, responsible or want to grow in responsibility, willing and wanting to learn, wants a small school, wants to know everyone, wants to know the professors, wants a challenge.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus we have these benches that used to be swings we call the white swings and it is fabled that if you sit on them three times with a member of the opposite sex, you will get married. every ear the incoming class of freshmen during orientation enters through the front arch way and after graduation they proceed out of the archway symbolizing entering our family and being added to our list and leaving and entering the world. we have chapel services every wednesday morning at 10 and so that slot is free on mon, wed, and fri. you must attend 8 services a semester. you also must take it 6 cultural experience programs (c.e.p.) a year and write about them.
Bang for the buck definitely worth it. there are many wonderful scholarship opportunities and it is fairly low priced for a private school education.
What to do for fun there is a really pretty park within walking distance and a really pretty front lawn on the school. we like to sit and soak u the sun when it gets warm. there are also designated tanning areas for when its sunny. we love to go to the $5 movies on tuesday nights, shop at the local goodwill and other thrift and inexpensive stores. we like to go eat frozen yogurt at yogo's or inexpensive trays of food and milkshakes at cookout or quicktrip.
Food and Dining the food is not the most nutritious or delicious and there are only three options. they do not have very good hours either which means a lot of eating in a rush or skipping meals. they are willing to work with you though if you have specific dietary needs. and the food in the cafeteria is the best on campus by far. you can always make a sandwich in the sandwich line if you don;t like what they are serving.
Dorm Life the dorms are small and old but they are clean and since it is a small campus, they are close to everything. the r.a.s here are also very invested in community building which makes the halls fun to live on. and since they are all single sex dorms, the nature of the hall ways is very casual and fun.
Academic Rigor this place is challenging but most, if not all of the teachers, really seem interested in their students' success. they seem to love their jobs and they are rooting for the students to succeed.
Tips for prospective students there are a lot of rules so if you want to party a lot, this is not really the place to be. this place values education and morality above anything else and the strict rules are instituted for the purposes of enforcing those values.
In three sentences i love everything about this school from the christian values, to the location, to the size, to the high level of education. this campus felt like home to me the minute i walked on it and i have grown so much spiritually, psychologically, developmentally, and academically since that moment. i would recommend this school to anyone looking for a positive learning environment in a small school.

Dorm Life males and females are kept separate with visiting hours. the rooms are comfortable and air-conditioned.
Academic Rigor always start your assignment when they are given in order to keep up to date on your work.
Tips for prospective students make sure that you understand the rules of the campus in order to have a rewarding experience.

Categories Comments Campus Safety there are always campus safety officers riding around campus to make sure that things are safe for students. they put out storm warnings in case of thunderstorms or tornados and will even send texts to parents who want to know when weather s bad or if some seriously harmful event were to take place on campus.
Clubs and Activities these are a few of the clubs and activities that anderson offers: fellowship of christian athletes, baptist collegiate ministry, reformed university fellowship, anderson chior, intramural sports, clubs for each academic college (business, education, etc.), backyard bible club, journey team, impact team, and many more.
Great for these types of students students who are interested in a christian college, who thrive in a small classroom setting, and like to have teachers who care about them and that will be willing and eager to help them
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus there are white swings that are located on the front on the campus and there is a legend that if a couple sit on the swings together three times, they will eventually become married. also, the front lawn is where students hang out a lot on pretty days to talk, play music, or play a sport and they even hold graduation on the front lawn each spring.
Bang for the buck anderson is a little on the expensive side but the financial aid department tries everything they can to make au as affordable as possible for each student who truly wants to attend au. there are so many great things about anderson and going to school here is worth every penny.
What to do for fun there is not much to do in the city of anderson, but there are plenty of activities on campus throughout the week. student activities always hosts fun events like the homecoming dance, 80s skate night, talent shows, and open mic night. there are several hiking, skiing, and other weekend trips that are coordinated by student activities as well. greenville has plenty of shopping, movies, and other fun activities and is only 30 minutes away. charleston and myrtle beach are only 4 hours away for spring break and labor day options and charlotte, nc, atlanta, ga, and columbia, sc are only 2 hours away for weekend fun.
Food and Dining there are many dining options at anderson. there is a normal cafeteria, a pizza and pasta restaurant, a fast food restaurant, and a coffee shop. the cafeteria in martin dining hall has several options and is open for every meal, every day of the week. sometimes the food is great and most of the time the food is at least good. food for thought, the pizza restaurant, has delicious pizza, pasta, hot subs, and more. java city, the coffee shop, has a lot of great products but is a little expensive. the grill is i the fast food restaurant and offers sandwiches, burgers, salads, and more and is always pretty good.
Dorm Life most all of the dorms are nice and clean. residence life hires kind, respectful, and fun students to be residence advisors. they are there to help you and be your friend. there are regular room inspections and you are required to keep an agreement with you roommate recorded and signed so that if you disagee you will be more likely to handle the situation more maturely.
Academic Rigor professors expect a lot more of college students than what most high school students are used to. material can be challenging and the amount of work may be overwhelming at times.
Tips for prospective students be kind and respectful to professors and fellow colleagues. respect yourself and your education so that you will try your hardest at everything you do. try not to procrastinate and make attending class a priority. have fun, but not too much fun.
In three sentences anderson university has dedicated and kind professors who wish to see their students succeed high academic standards. there is a wonderful christian atmosphere and it is easy to connect with others who share a love for christ. it is easy to adjust to college life at anderson with all of the great student activities and programs there are to get involved in.

Categories Comments Campus Safety they make their rounds very frequently. kinda stiff a little bit.
Greek Life there is none. the college does not support fraternity or sorority life.
Clubs and Activities there are not that many other than a sailing club and karate club. they have recently added a golf club to my knowledge.
Great for these types of students smart, artistic, and wanting to pursue some type of fine arts major.
What to do for fun hang out with friends, play frisbee, ect. they hold student events which are fun for those who live on campus. other than that, there isn't that much to do. they are building a future student center that is suppose to hold a lot of promise.
Food and Dining it depends on the days. then again, some days are not as good as others. the bad thing is that their isn't a formula to guessing which days has good food and which days are bad. usually friday and saturday are the worst days because the school realizes that some students go home for the weekend. therefore the cafeteria gathers what left overs they had for the rest of the week and put it all together. they do serve good food when there are tours going on during the semester. those days are good.
Dorm Life very old and trashy. the furniture is outdated as well as the buildings they resign in. it is very similar to summer camp during middle school.
Academic Rigor some teachers are tough while others are soft. it simply depends on the class.
Tips for prospective students realize what you are going into. i am not trashing anderson university, but incoming students need to understand the importance of financial aid.
In three sentences very small and compact. the school seems to be worth more money in its education than in its living arrangements. the school definitely needs to invest in the students more so than the college itself.

Categories Comments Campus Safety they take their job very seriously. whenever you need them all you have to do is give them a call and they will be there. they come at any hours of the day.
Greek Life none
Clubs and Activities i'm not involved in any clubs since i am so involved with my graphic design but i hear that there are quite a few clubs.
Great for these types of students outgoing and involved people will love this school. also people who love learning even outside of the classroom.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus i am not sure if there are any.
Bang for the buck there is really only one word i can say for this: impressed. i am impressed with the school overall and even the price we have to pay to go here. it is expensive but we are getting a quality education from teachers who want to be there. it is great. i love it.
What to do for fun i play intramural sports for fun. you can go downtown or to clemson also because those are not far away. you can play tennis out on the courts or basketball. some people set up hammocks outside and sit down to read a book. there is almost always a game of ultimate frisbee going on even if it is raining.
Food and Dining the food is terrible. anytime someone asks me what i would change about anderson it is the food without a doubt. most of it is cold and you only have a one hour time frame to come to the cafe or else you missed a meal. they make you have a meal plan freshman year so there is no staying away from it.
Dorm Life it is fun living with other people. i ended up with the largest room on campus as a freshman but the other rooms aren't bad either. they test the fire alarms a lot however, most of the time during the night.
Academic Rigor for my major, graphic design, there are some hard and time consuming courses that i need to take. however, if you put your time and effort into your work then it will come easy.
Tips for prospective students if you are offered the chance to go stay at the school overnight to get a feel for collage life, take it. i never went and visited but i should have. the people you stay with are guaranteed to be friendly.
In three sentences anderson is a good community based campus that focuses on involving students. the teachers are supportive and the students are friendly. the campus is small but yard crews spend a lot of time making sure it is one of the best looking campuses around.

Categories Comments Campus Safety Campus safety is very strict, but they make a point to ride around during the day and afternoon checking the parking lots and other parts of campus for safety.
What to do for fun Anderson University organizes many activities for students including game shows, talent shows, plays, games, and more. There are opportunities provided on a consistent basis to do things that give students different things to do.
Food and Dining I have never tried cafeteria food. However, Anderson University has a coffee shop called Java City and a cafe called Food for Thought.
Dorm Life I don't live in a dorm, but from what I have heard and seen from friends Anderson strives to put students in rooms with people that they build relationships with. Anderson does not hesitate to remove students who don't get along with each other.
Academic Rigor Some classes are a lot harder than others. Depending on the subject matter and the teacher in charge, you really need to always do your homework. The classes are challenging and require attention and time outside of class to do well.
Tips for prospective students Always always always do your homework! Don't be afraid to ask questions.
In three sentences Great Christian college. Provides many opportunities for students to get jobs, community service, and help from teachers, etc. Is a great place with great teachers.

Bang for the buck I think college altogether costs too much. However, Anderson is not a cheap college, especially since it is a private university and the grounds are so carefully looked after. I would not be here if I did not have a scholarship! It is a great school, just a bit high in price.
What to do for fun 1. Walk around campus! 2. There's almost always someone in the Fine Arts building. They don't mind company usually. 3. Clemson is only 1/2 hour away. 4. Eat at the Corner Bagel for breakfast or lunch. 5. Go on a picnic on campus or at the little scenic pond nearby.
Food and Dining They have really improved the variety of food and the setup in the main dining hall since last semester. Most people tend to complain, but 95% there's something there that you will be willing to eat. The salad and pizza place has a wonderful salad bar, and the pizzamakers try many different toppings instead of just pepperoni/sausage/cheese.
Dorm Life I live in a pretty quiet dorm, but I like that. We have hall events once a month. I just wish I knew/communicated with all the people on my hall a little better.
Academic Rigor I am an art student, so most of my work is working on art work, and the art program here is very rigorous. Most entry level academic classes are pretty easy, but I am sure they will get more difficult as they progress.
Tips for prospective students 1. Do know that in coming here, you are attending a Christian university with a Baptist background. God and religion are prevalent here. 2. Don't be afraid to ask questions, even when you think they are no worth asking! 3. Do note that the administration here does do a lot to keep up appearances. Not everything is as perfect as it seems, but it's also not as bad as this sentence sounds.
In three sentences Anderson is a wonderful college that is so friendly and welcoming! The campus is beautiful, and the students are, too. The faculty is very interactive with the students and are willing to help you even outside of class -- and will even just stop to chat.

Categories Comments Campus Safety I have never felt unsafe on campus. Campus safety comes around and does rounds and they are always willing to help you. If there was a problem, you could go to their office or call them.
Greek Life We do not have Greek life on campus. Because of our size, I feel like having Greek life would turn our campus into a bunch of cliques. The nice thing about having them at a big school is that it brings a huge group of people together in smaller settings, but we don't have that problem at Anderson.
Clubs and Activities There are so many ways to get involved at AU. Campus ministries, student activities, student government, residence life are just a few of them. Student Activities puts on a lot of events to bring people together.
Great for these types of students AU is great for those who want a future as a teacher. AU is great for those who want to enrich their relationship with God. AU is great for artsy people.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus There are white swings on campus that if you sit on it three times with the same person, you probably will get married to them.
What to do for fun There is a lot to do around Anderson University and on campus. Student Activities puts on a lot of different events like 80s Skate Night and Tacky Christmas Sweater parties and trips to the mountains and beach. Anderson is a small town, but offers a lot of different restaurants and stores.
Food and Dining There is something for everyone to eat because it's all about preference. There's a place where you can get homecooked meals, salad bar, pizza, grilled meals, and a coffee shop. The food is not like mom's meals, but it is good.
Dorm Life There is not a bad dorm on campus. It is all about preference. The locations are all good and RA's plan lots of fun activities.
Academic Rigor It depends on what your major is, but all of the majors are manageable. People spend a lot of time in the library working on stuff, but that is what college is for. I'm an Education major and we have stuff to do but it is fun stuff, which is a good sign.
Tips for prospective students Learn how to manage your time especially between social events and academics. Determine early on if you want to study abroad because I want to do that next fall, but I started the process late so I'm running into some road blocks. Don't worry about being at college and making friends.
In three sentences I have loved my experience here at Anderson University so far because of the individual attention you get in the classrooms, the Christian atmosphere, and the campus. The programs are amazing and fully prepare you to be the best that you can be. The faculty and professors are so willing to help you and they want you to succeed.

Bang for the buck Anderson University is expensive but in turn you are looking at a place where once you have your degree you are qualified to do your job. Most students who graduate from Anderson acquire a job within there field in no time. 5 out of 5
What to do for fun They have a game room, a gym where u can exercise. Different organizations within the school throws get together and bible studies. They have winter teas and Halloween parties. Just anything you could imagine to have fun Anderson University tries to provide.
Food and Dining The food has its ups and downs, it just depends on your food preference. They do have a food for thought, which they sell pizza and other things. There is a cafe where they sell ideas that you would get at Starbucks, and a little place where u can get burgers, or chicken fingers and things like that.
Dorm Life The dorm life was exciting when I lived there for three years. There is a sense of unity among the girls in the dorms and the Ra's are always willing to help. 5 out of a 5
Academic Rigor The professors expect a lot out of their students because they believe you can succeed. Take the time out to study hard and take notes. 5 out of 5
Tips for prospective students This university is a place where you will meet new friends and feel part of a family.

Greek Life none
Bang for the buck i do not think the tutition here should be as high as it for what we get and for the amount of students that they accept here.
What to do for fun intramural sports. student organized events. dorm events.
Food and Dining if i had the money all my dinners would be off campus. there needs to be a better quality of food.
Dorm Life there could be improvement done for the dorms. it is nice that are you almost always promised the room and roommates that you request.
Academic Rigor its average. just like any other school if you get behind you stay behind.

Categories Comments Campus Safety Good, but they go a little bit over the top sometimes. It just seems like they take a lot of small things a little too seriously.
Greek Life We don't have any sororities of fraternities but I'm not complaining at all.
Clubs and Activities They have some clubs, but student activities is the biggest.
Great for these types of students Arts and music students, English majors, and teachers.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus Frisbee golf! My friends and I actually created a course across the campus, and it is quickly catching on. It's time consuming, fun, competitive, and difficult. Also the Yule Log ceremony, which takes place around Christmas time.
Bang for the buck You pay a good bit, but AU also gives you a LOT of chances for scholarships and scholarship opportunities.
What to do for fun Anderson is definitely a make your own fun school. There is a good bit to do in the city, but not very much around the school itself. You find out the fun stuff pretty quickly though.
Food and Dining Hit or miss, not to put too fine a point on it. Sometimes food is great, other times, not so much.
Dorm Life A couple of the dorms aren't the greatest, but you can easily make them feel like home. It's totally up to you though.
Academic Rigor Fun work, but a lot of it. They know you're in college, and they expect you to perform like it. Whether you pass of fail depends totally on you.
Tips for prospective students Be yourself! Anderson accepts a wide array of people, and they're all there for a reason. Always be you, don't try and be someone you're not.
In three sentences This school is absolutely incredible. There is such a constant sense of family and caring, from the students to the teachers, and from the president to the garbage people. Such an incredible school to attend and I am so blessed.

Categories Comments What to do for fun Anderson is a rather small Southern town that does not have very much to do. Going to the movies are very popular, as well as going to dinner; There are a good many dinner options. Football games are big in the South. Clemson University is only 25 minutes away, and the University of South Carolina is only an hour and a half away. Many students enjoy going to those football games, especially the rival game between the Gamecocks and the Tigers. We have many activities on campus that are always fun. We have a Spring and Winter formal dance where the girls and guys can get dressed up and dance the night away. Athletic events are always a popular place to find students hanging out. Basketball and soccer are the two sports that Anderson University are known for. We also have many volunteer opportunities on and around campus including a benefit for our very own cancer research center at the university.
Food and Dining The food at AU is not all that great, unfortunately. There are very few options in the cafeteria. The university has plans to build a new student center with outside vendors and many more options for food, but it will not be ready until the year after I graduate :(
Dorm Life My freshman year I lived in a dorm and shared a room with two other girls. The three of us shared a bathroom with three other girls. The six of us lived on a hallway with 24 other girls; can you say chaos? Although very chaotic at times, I loved it! It was like having 30 sisters! Many times we did activities together as a hallway, and we had so much fun. This past year, four of my friends and I were given the opportunity to live in a ministry house. The house is on campus still; it was located right behind campus. We could still easily walk to class and to other areas of campus. We had a blast in the house; it was so much more cozy than the dorms. Although we loved the house, we're rooming in dorms again next year. We miss the community, chaos, and excitement of the dorm.
Academic Rigor I am a Psychology student, and the professors in the Psychology department are extremely challenging. As I progress in my degree, I have found the classes to increase in rigor. I spend a lot of time studying and writing to prepare for assignments and tests. I love when my hard work pays off!
Tips for prospective students 1. Get to know other students on campus as well as your professors. Let your professors know that you are willing to work hard, and if they see any way you can do better tell them to let you know. 2. Study hard and keep up with your school work. Going to class and keeping an agenda with assignments and due dates always helps. Also, take notes in class! 3. Don't forget to have fun. A healthy balance of school work and fun will make for a great college experience.
In three sentences Anderson University is a cozy southern university that has helped me in so many ways during the past two years I have spent there. I have grown socially, mentally, and especially spiritually through great relationships with professors, friends, and many other amazing experiences and opportunities. I definitely chose the best school for me, and I could not be happier with my choice.

Categories Comments Campus Safety I haven't heard of any problems with them and they check the buildings regularly at night for students staying late at night, especially art students in the studio!
Clubs and Activities There's alot to chose from!
Bang for the buck Theres so many great scholarship and grant opportunities here that really help afford a private Christian college.
What to do for fun There's a bunch of shops and a mall less than 5 minutes from the school. Lots of places to go and alot of options. Whether your an outdoors type of person or shop till you drop, it's the perfect location.
Food and Dining The food is good, most people complain about it but there are 3 dining options and I think you'll find them satisfactory. The cafeteria is always open, but there is food for thought, a pizza and salad bar, and the grill, which has deliscious burgers, fries, and much more.
Dorm Life Everyone has a different experience with dorm life so its hard to say, but overall it's awesome and you get to make some great friends, including your roommates!
Academic Rigor There are students who say it is too easy, while others may struggle to pass the class they're in, but overall it comes down to you. If you put your best effort in your work you'll get the grades you want. I actually did better academically in college than high school; I definitely had more work, but I tried harder and did awesome.

Categories Comments Campus Safety They patrol campus by car and on foot all the time. Every time I leave my dorm room I usually see them at some point on the way to wherever I'm going. I feel that Anderson is a safe campus.
Greek Life This is fairly non-existent I think.
Clubs and Activities They have a wide variety of clubs, and many teachers will give extra credit for going to these clubs if you mention it to them. This is great especially when it can push you from a B to an A. Whether you are into science, math, sports, or drama there is a club at Anderson for you. I'm in several clubs and society's and the only complaint I have is that sometimes there meetings are scheduled during the same time period so I have to choose. Clubs are great because you meet and learn about people that you may not get to see much outside of the club, great for making connections in school and in the job world.
Great for these types of students If your someone who likes for something to constantly be going on then Anderson is not for you. Anderson is a very laid back school. You make lots of personal connections at Anderson. Anderson is also a very friendly school, so if you don't like people that are nice for no reason then Anderson is not for you. Anderson University is located in the south where we still believe in southern hospitality and you will definitely get that here. If you're going to college to party then Anderson isn't for you. Don't get me wrong there are parties, not on campus because it's alcohol free, but as a whole don't expect to come and party. Anderson University is for the students who want to get a great quality education in a Christian atmosphere. Anderson is a small school, and I personally like that. There are usually around 20 students in a class, even in your freshman general education classes. Anderson University is a school designed so that the professor knows the students by name and they truly care about the success of the students. So if you like the teacher knowing your name and caring about you then Anderson is for you. For example, if your out sick for a class or two the professors do notice it - don't be surprised if you get an email from them wondering where or how you are. They want to see you succeed so if you do get sick they will do whatever they can to help you catch up as long as you're willing to work too. Anderson is truly a great school.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus As a freshman you walk under the school archway to commence your learning at Anderson, and at your graduation you walk under the same archway to end your time at Anderson. There are white, old swings on the front of campus. It is said that if a couple sits in these swings three times then they are destined to be married.
Bang for the buck Their price is very reasonable, I think, if you take advantage of their scholarships. The financial aid office workers are so nice and are willing to work with you to help you find additional funds or help set up a payment plan.
What to do for fun All the sporting events are free so I love to go to those. They have weekend getaways such as skiing in Virginia - no these events aren't usually free, but they are very reasonable. Anderson is a fairly small campus so you meet lots of people. A lot of times we just hang out and play games or watch movies or get a volleyball game going on the front lawn to pass time.
Food and Dining Some people think that it is awful, but I don't think so. You have a great variety every meal. The Caf always has home cooked meals, a specialty station, and a sandwich line. The Grill has all your burger and hot dog needs taken care of. Food for Thought has pizza and pasta. So, basically all your taste bud needs are pretty well taken care of, but sometimes it gets old or the home cooked meal isn't so great and in that case there are many restaurants close to campus to choose from.
Dorm Life The new girl dorms, the Boulevards, are wonderful. They have community bathrooms and they're great. I was really skeptical of having community bathrooms but it's great once you get used to it. It has a 3:1 girls to bathroom ratio compared to the older girls dorms (Denmark and Pratt) that have a 6:1 bathroom ratio. If you're a guy then you aren't in the best of luck because the guys dorms are not as nice as the girls unless you pay extra to live in your own room in the Village.
Academic Rigor I personally think that the classes are not very hard at Anderson but it is really all about time management and work ethic. I took AP classes in high school and I think that they were harder than the classes I currently take at Anderson. Staying on pace with classes is the main thing; in many classes you will cover a chapter or two each time you meet.
Tips for prospective students Anderson University has so many scholarship but you have to get them early. Look at perspective colleges very diligently in your junior year so that you can just focus on applying your senior year. Don't avoid or ignore deadlines because colleges take no mercy; missing a deadline can cost you thousands of dollars. Also, committing to schools early can give you a few extra thousand dollars.
In three sentences Anderson University has been great for me! Everyone is nice, friendly, and willing to help you in any way that they can. Anderson University was an easy transfer for me from high school life into college life.

Dorm Life I loved my dorm.
Academic Rigor The teachers help you as much as they can.

Categories Comments Food and Dining There are several dining venues on campus. Food for Thought offers Italian cuisine, such as pizza and pastas; The Grille offers American cuisine, such as hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken sandwhiches, and bird dogs; and the cafeteria offers southern homecooked meals in a buffet style.
Dorm Life Dorm life is very interactive for students at Anderson University. Regular hall and community events are arranged by Residence Life Directors and Advisors. Those RDs and RAs are also a great support system for students. They are always willing to help in any way possible.
Academic Rigor Anderson University is a very academically challenging institution. My particular major, Interior Design, is especially challenging. You are thrown into major specific classes in your first semester. This really is a great tool for students. It allows you to know early on if you are in the right department. If not, you are able to find the right area for yourself early in your academic careeer.
Tips for prospective students Prospective students should jump into their Freshman year with excitement! Education is a serious matter, but Anderson University does a great job providing students with an outlet for fun. Student Activities are always working to get students engaged with one another outside of the classroom.
In three sentences Anderson University is a four year university rooted in Christian principles. With a relatively small population of students, you are not just a number to your professors. You have the opportunity to get to know your fellow classmates and your professors on a personal level.

Categories Comments Campus Safety There is always someone to call in case of a problem and people to help willingly even if its just a walk to your car, they don't mind walking you.
Clubs and Activities bible studies, Frisbee golf, intramural sports, sports teams (of course) residence hall activities...
Great for these types of students Someone looking to grow as a person And with god.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus the white chair in front of denmark and pratt.
Bang for the buck As a student supporting themselves its hard to sometimes find funding upfront- However with the high standards that they hold it allows you to be ahead of the game when graduation comes around and you can recieve a job for using the connections and knowlegdge you have from attending AU.
What to do for fun Every weekend they have stuff to do thrown by the residence halls, the bible study groups, jobs on and off campus, clubs to join, intramural sports/games.
Food and Dining They offer great sit down meals that are healthy and good for the students rather than the fast food that normally are offered at other places. There is a few fast food or to go places on campus that offer not so great meals but sometimes a home cooked meal is the best! And they have them.
Dorm Life Sometimes its hard to adjust at first, but everyone is going through the same thing you are by sharing a space that is normally private. If there is problems you have people to talk to like the RA and the residence directors and friends that you make. Keep and open mind and things can be a smooth transition from home to dorm life.
Academic Rigor This high quality school allows students to learn but pushes the boundaries in their life. Making sure that people grow into the people they want to become and love.
Tips for prospective students Attend Orientation! Get to know the people already attending, people who will be in your classes, and professors! Makes the transition easier knowing you have someone that you know already.
In three sentences Amazing people and campus. Great place to make friendships for a lifetime and grow spiritually. Pushes the boundaries of students and raises the bar for perfection; what employers want to see.

Categories Comments What to do for fun Find a niche. There are plenty of sports- intramural or not, art clubs, music groups, campus leadership roles, student government, and Christian based activities. And if you like to party, Clemson is less than half an hour away.
Food and Dining Same food service as Winthrop and Clemson, but still, school food is never going to be better than alright.
Dorm Life Cleanest dorms of any university I visited. Different types of dorms for different types of people. Suite style, community bath, three to a room, single rooms, etc.
Academic Rigor Do your work. Study. I know, cliche. But seriously, my friend is an intelligent person who failed half of his classes last semester because he liked sleep more than morning classes. Come to class and get the education you are paying for.
Tips for prospective students Do your research about your major BEFORE you sign up for classes. It is possible to graduate early in almost every major, but I know my advisors all tried to get me to prolong my schedule by adding unnecessary electives.
In three sentences A strong religious atmosphere geared to help individuals grow spiritually, intellectually, and personally. The Anderson community is small but strong, and a wonderful place to call home for four years.

Greek Life There are not Greek-affiliated groups and clubs.
Clubs and Activities There are many interesting clubs and activities, in which there should be something for everyone to get plugged into.
Great for these types of students This school is great for all students, but since it is a private college associated with the South Carolina Baptist Convention, it is best suitable to those students looking to pursue quality education from a school based on Christian values and beliefs.

Food and Dining I do not live on campus.
Dorm Life I do not live on campus.

Food and Dining Anderson offers great food whether at Food for Thought, the Student Grille, the Martin Dining Hall, or just stopping for a coffee at Java City! Everything is great and ready on call!
Dorm Life The dorms are great! They encourage students to mingle but also encourage separated living.
Academic Rigor It can be tough but they have very notable programs!

Categories Comments Campus Safety AU is in a historical district in sleepy Anderson, so there is little to no crime to worry about.
Greek Life None.
Bang for the buck They'll tell you all about how AU is one of the US's Top College Buys and it really seems to be. They are generous with scholarships and the Financial Aid office will help you out as much as possible with lining up other funding. You're also getting a really wonderful education in a small classroom setting where you're guaranteed to get personal attention from professors.
What to do for fun Anderson is a growing community and new businesses are coming to the area. We recently got a Starbucks and Cook Out, and a Krispy Kreme has been announced for the area. Student Activities also plans events for every week or two. Some of the big annual events are wonderful, like 80s Skate Night and Homecoming Week, and some more often occurring events like Open Mic Nights and others encourage a more low-key atmosphere.
Food and Dining The food can sometimes be a little questionable, but is sometimes really great! I think that's to be expected at any school, though.
Dorm Life It can be a little difficult adjusting to some of the rules, but they really are in place to help students concentrate and enjoy living on campus (such as RSVP). AU has new dorms popping up every year, offering large, new spaces for students.
Academic Rigor I don't have much to compare it to, but from talking to high school friends who have gone in different directions, I know I am getting a thorough, rigorous education from AU. It seems the majority of students graduate with either full-time employment or grad school lined up.
Tips for prospective students Tour the campus and classrooms and make sure it is the right school for you - not everyone will love the small, intimate feel of this college. Staying overnight with a current student (during an All Access event) is a great way to experience the student life, sit in on some classes and attend some events.
In three sentences AU is a wonderful school where everyone is welcomed and the professors really seem to care. There are a lot of opportunities to get involved on campus with different organizations and Student Activities really works hard to provide some fun events. AU has a small, but beautiful campus and is just a great place to go to school.

What to do for fun Plenty. From drive in movies and multiple sports events, to a cute little workout center and school dances. Great place to socialize. Also, terrific library if you just prefer to sit somewhere quiet and read.
Food and Dining Pretty good for college food, in my opinion. Also, the cafe is terrific!! Great coffee, great pastries, fun environment!
Academic Rigor Academic life is definitely challenging, but extremely rewarding. Definitely be prepared to study, but also be prepared to have fun; most teachers try are passionate about their fields and make learning a great experience.
Tips for prospective students I would definitely recommend this college to anyone that wants to attend. Most teachers are very understanding and supportive and want to help their students succeed. Also, most students are generally friendly as well.

Academic Rigor The saying, What you give is what you get describes college in general. Courses here are challenging but definitely bearable.
Tips for prospective students AU is small! If you're looking for that large student body and football games, this may not be the place for you. If you love people and small groups, you will thrive here!

Categories Comments Campus Safety Our campus safety truly takes care of our students and are on top of anything suspicious happening on campus. We are always notified immediately if there is a situation we need to be aware of. If you arrive late on campus and have to park far from your dorm, campus safety will be happy to pick you up and take you where you need to go!
Great for these types of students This school is great for students who desire a small school with small class sizes. We have a small campus, which makes it easy to get from place to place. This is also a school for students who have a desire to follow God and grow deeper in their Christian faith. For students who desire to learn and form a great educational background, AU can give you that opportunity.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus Because we are a Christian university, we have chapel every Wednesday at 10:10 in the morning. During chapel time, there is a time of singing and different speakers who come throughout the year. We are required to attend eight chapels per semester. However, we have speakers and organizations that come that are truly a joy to hear from.
What to do for fun There are various events that take place through the year on campus, such as concerts, hall events, worship opportunities and student activity planned events. One of my favorite events are the drive in movie at the beginning of the school year and the tacky Christmas sweater party that occurs before christmas break. There are many opportunities to get involved in campus life throughout the semester.
Food and Dining The food on campus is not superb, but there are many options around campus. In the dining hall, you will find home cooked meals with a choice of one of two meats, vegetables, potatoes and soups. We also have a sandwich bar, a salad bar, and a section that offers an alternate food choice. In food for thought, you will find pizza along with a salad bar and occasionally different types of sandwiches, pastas and calzones. In the grill, you have a choice of a hamburger, a grilled chicken sandwich, a grilled cheese and a hot dog. Along with this you can get chips or fries.
Dorm Life While many of our dorms are older, we do have dorms that have just recently been built. Within the older storms, some remodels have been made in order to provide students will a suitable living condition. Within our dorms, we have various events to meet others living on our hall and spend time hanging out with one another. While dorm life is not like home, it has been a great experience and I have enjoyed getting to know new people.
Academic Rigor As a part of the school of education, we are very well educated on what it means to be a teacher and the skills we must use in and out of the classroom. Knowing various students from different programs of study, I have found that our university is keen on instilling the necessary skills needed for each program of study.
Tips for prospective students For all students who are planning to attend Anderson University, be aware that this is not like any other college. The administration are dedicated to being certain that you receive a deep background in your field of study while instilling Christian values through their actions and teaching. When entering AU, be sure to get involved in ministries and clubs that occur on campus. Student activities also hold various events that allow you to take part in enjoying the campus and friends. This is a great way to meet new people! Understand that it is your duty to complete all work and do the best that you can. However, the professors are willing to help you strive and succeed to the best of your ability. Do not be afraid to ask anyone for help!
In three sentences Anderson University provides a safe, loving and friendly atmosphere for all students. The professors are extremely willing to help each and every student and are knowledgable in their field of study. The Christian atmosphere gives the university a remarkable touch as lifes are changed and an educational foundation is built.
