    I have never had a problem in the two years I have been there and I have never heard any bad experiences from others.

    Clubs and Activities

    This University has some clubs and activities but is more geared to working Adults completing a degree.

    You get what you put in.

    Get involved in the community.

    Just a small cafe.

    Don't procrastinate. Keep up with the weekly assignments.

    Antioch is a diverse University. The majority of work is APA or MLA papers. The classes are small and the conversations are deep.

    Great security. Never felt unsafe.

    Greek Life

    No sorry this is not a party school in that respect. We have lots of fun just not in that vein.

    Clubs and Activities

    A varied amount of clubs and tons of activities.

    Great for these types of students

    Young or middle aged forward thinkers who care about the environment and social issues. This is after all a liberal arts college.

    What to do for fun

    A few miles from the beach and the westside in your backyard.

    Tips for prospective students

    Be real and ready to work. Antioch prides itself on students taking an active role in receiving and education. Also prepare yourself to do a lot of writing and presentations the professors want you to succeed and will support you every step of the way. You must meet them half way though don't expect an easy ride.

    This University takes pride in helping students push themselves in all areas of education and public service. The internships opportunities are fantastic and the faculty very supportive. If your looking for a University were one could skate by this may not be the college or you, it's hard work but worth it.

    Tons of security

    Clubs and Activities

    A lot and you can always create new ones. Tons of group volunteer activities and internships year round. You can be as involved or not as you want to be.

    Great for these types of students

    non-traditional, meaning working adults and parents. Great for students who have math and test anxiety. Students who are older and have not been in college for a long time. Excellent for people who want to go into the non- profit job field.

    Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus

    Sometimes people bring free food to the student lounge for anyone to have.

    Bang for the buck

    Wish they had a health clinic and fitness center. Parking is fantastic and easy which is a bonus. There is an excellent Library and online database that is really helpful with all the writing of papers. There is also free tutoring provided. One of the best things is there are no math classes required.

    What to do for fun

    Location is in Culver city and your relatively close to Hollywood and the beaches.

    There is one cafe and it has a decent selection, but they should serve breakfast till noon and they stop at 10:45.

    Get up to speed on writing papers and formats for MLA and APA

    Tips for prospective students

    Be prepared to do a lot of reading and even more writing. Get projects done ahead of time and think outside the box. If your going full time and working, tell your friends and family that you will see them in 10 weeks.

    Wonderful learning and enriching, supportive environment. Teachers are encouraging and positive. Big encouragement on bettering yourself and helping your fellow neighbors and community.
