Appalachian State is not your typical college learning experience. When I was searching for the right college I was really looking for a school that not only prepared me academically for life after college but also taught me things that aren't written in textbooks. At Appalachian you definitely get both learning experiences. The professors are great and actually care if you do well. Most of the fellow students are like-minded and similarly motivated to be well accomplished. Overall, Appalachian offers the perfect well-rounded college experience that prepares your for both the work force and life general.

    A beautiful school that I hope to one day call my Alma Mater. A landscape waiting to be painted by the brush strokes of creation my friends and I will paint with our time there. The best place to breathe in a lung full of elevation 3,333 air.

    The campus is a very nice campus with good views. They offer a variety of things that may interest someone. They have local police on campus which provides a more comforting place for students to be.

    Appalachian State University is simply one of the best places I have ever been on this planet, Earth. From the genuine people to breathtaking scenery, Appalachian State University is by far one of the best colleges to attend. There are endless activities to do at ASU from hiking to clubs to simply walking around campus and therefore, I highly recommend it.

    It was a condensed campus which made for easy walking. The buildings appeared very updated and had helpful staff. There were plenty of small stores to go to during any leisure time.

    Appalachian State University is a nice college, clean, and with many resources available. Teachers and offices are always accessible with the ASUlearning system open through their internet. Sports and many club activities are also always booming.
