AWC allows for many different experiences. I have taken classes on the main campus in Yuma, and have also attended classes at the San Luis branch. Both campuses offer a range of people and learning experiences that fill up what you might miss just taking one of their online classes.

I like the college very much. The only reason I would transfer is to receive my Bachelor's degree as they do not offer it. The staff is very kind and helpful.

This is very affordable way to get all your core classes out of the way. They are not very good at directing you to taking only the classes needed. I have heard from students that they took classes and spent money when not needed for their degree.

Arizona Western College is an excellent college for students who like the small campus lifestyle. It had partnerships with University of Arizona, Northern Arizona University, and others to ensure that students can transfer to universities. Northern Arizona University actually shares a campus with Arizona Western College, but doesn't have as much to offer as the main campus in Flagstaff.
