What Students Are Saying

The classes can sometimes be tough but the teachers are always fair, and if you study and put forth effort, they'll never fail you.
Josi from Denison, TX
Again, very excellent academically since the classes aren't too big. The professors make an effort to see you when they see if your performance is declining or enhancing. For the courses, some maybe be a little more intense than others. However, to prevent the course load from feeling overwhelming, get to know your peers. If the class is a decent size, its easier to get to know each other well, and that can help form study groups. Those study groups can go a long way in helping complete assignments. Of course, go to the professor for help if something is misunderstood.

You will constantly find yourself challenged at Austin College. There is hardly a dull moment or weekend where you won't find yourself needing to study or get caught up on homework. It's tough, but you will learn so much that it makes it very worthwhile.
