I recommend visiting campus if you are thinking about this school. Visiting campus can give you a feel for the school that the internet cannot.

Tips for prospective students would be to apply for as many scholarships as possible and for the first semester freshman year to not take too challenging of course work. Try to find a nice ballance between activities, friends, school work, and family.

Seriously, if you are just passively considering this school, DON'T COME HERE. Unless you're 100% certain this is the school for you, it will be a mistake if you attend this school.

BW is small, and not much of a party school, so if that's what you're looking for, BW probably isn't for you. That's not to say nothing fun happens here- on the contrary there are many events and groups to get involved in. If you're looking for small classes, caring and engaging professors, or just a beautiful campus in general, BW is most definitely what you're looking for. I can't say I've had a bad experience here yet. Residence life is also very engaging. The RAs always have events going on and are super nice and helpful. BW is just a great community to become a part of.
