    Since the model at Bastyr is natural health the kitchen follows through with balanced meals and wholesome snacks. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free items are always available.

    I have gone to an open house where the food was catered by a local shop and intentionally organic/local as well as healthy and balanced. Also, was provided lunch after my interview that was just as conscious and tasty!

    The cafeteria at Bastyr University, is well known all throughout Washington for it exquisitely prepared meals and desserts. All from local and organic sources, and they have options that support whatever types of food sensitivities you might have. Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, or even straight up Carnivore!
