    Bang for the buck

You definitely do not waste your money at this school. They give you exactly what you pay for which is what I was asking for and they know what they are doing. This is a school that is great with it's students but at the same time they do not joke around when it comes to your education.

    What to do for fun

For fun I hunt, camp, build things with wood or metal, and I hang out with my friends.

    Food and Dining

There is no cafeteria at the school but there are great places to get lunch at around the school that is fast and inexpensive.

    Dorm Life

There are no dorm at this campus but the living around the school is great because there is a lot to do and the campus is really nice to walk around.

    Academic Rigor

The courses really are not very hard at all, unless you dislike your career choice. The courses are really nice and steady and the times that they have for them are great for students that have jobs or life outside of school. Its not too stressful like some classes can be.

    Tips for prospective students

For future students the only tips that I have for them is to really decide what career you want and when you go to school ask all the questions that you have because the teachers have all the answers and they are really helpful.

    In three sentences

I love going to Bates Technical College and am very happy with my choice. The classes are great, they teach me exactly what is going on in the field that I have chosen. The teachers are great and really try to be honest and straight to the point with the students which is exactly what I was looking for.

It wasn't my first choice to go, but it was the only school that took me right away when I was late in applying for school. Campus is small, but the faculty and advisors are great and very helpful. They really prepare you for the workforce and help with you with a job placement.
