    Bay Mills Community College is a Native American college that emphasizes many Native Traditional teachings and traditions.

    What to do for fun

    Bay Mills Community College offers many clubs and fitness classes that students can join. Bay Mills Community College is located on Lake Superior, so there are many water and outdoor activities people can do in the area.

    Food and Dining

    The student council hosts a lunch for a limited amount of days through the school year.

    There is no dorms at Bay Mills Community College

    our small community treats every one like family! crime is very low here. rest assured you can feel safe at Bay Mills Community college!

    Clubs and Activities

    BMCC has very little clubs and activities. we are however open to new ideas. We would like to hear some of yours!

    Native American students will feel right at home here. Students who would enjoy a learning environment which honors all culture and promotes equality. those students who would like to experience a new culture!

    Bay Mills is a small tribe of American Indians with a deep, rich, and unique culture. Food is a very important cultural item and as such free food is often provided to students and public feasts are held frequently. also free coffee is provided!

    BMCC's financial aid will help you find every available source to help you advance your education. the small class sizes allow students to get the personal attention they deserve. the tuition rates are reasonable.

    What to do for fun

    enjoy the scenic views of lake superior! take a hike, bike ride, or ATV through our beautiful trails. in the summer you can swim in one of the largest freshwater lakes in the world!

    Food and Dining

    Bay Mills has one coffee shop and one cafe. the cafe is not the greatest, the coffee shop is a must for college students! being that there is little to offer a new business might do well!

    BMCC offers no dorms =(

    Academic Rigor

    tutoring is available for free to all BMCC students, which helps immensely in subjects such as math and English. a full time student will have a large workload. students should be ready to spend one hour of free time to every class hour.

    Be ready for a staff who will work with you and match your effort 100%. Be aware of cultural differences. be prepared for a cold winter!

    All types but there are many parents that go to bmcc because the faculty works with their schedual.

    Its a tribal affiliated college so burning sage to relieve stress is normal.

    I couldn't ask for a better starter college. Stay and earn your degree or get your gen-eds out of the way. Fully transferable credits.

    The college is right on lake superior, bring your bathing suit.

    Local food and casino's for entertainment. There is food on campus but you can't beat the casino's food.

    Sorry no dorms. No dorms but there are places to rent reasonably near by.

    Gradually gets tougher as you go.

    Register for the classes you want as soon as you can, classes fill up quick.
