    College is much different than any previous schooling. A college education is expensive and not something to party away and not focus on studies. When you don't attend class, do your work or do poorly on a test; you are wasting your time, and money. So focus on your studies and after your studying is done then have fun and enjoy college. If your wanting a party school, this is not the school for you.

    Figure out whether you want a big school or a small school and if you do not know, go visit both types of school to get a feel. Visiting a college before you decide to go there is always a good choice.

    If you come to Bellarmine, get involved in a club the first semester. Don't take the minimum 12 hours of credits, go ahead and take 15 or 18 because it will keep you busy and make your time more purposeful in the long run. Also, don't be scared of professors!
