The food is decent. It depends on what they make if it's good or not. Considering the fact that the students work in the cafeteria, it isn't bad.

I don't really like the food in ding.

I think this is about the only thing that Blackburn really lacks. The food here really isn't that good unless you are crazy about buffets everyday. They serve a lot of chicken, and the salad bar items are not always fresh. They have a fast food alternative called Snack Bar, but during rush hours it is plagued by long lines and very slow service. All in all, the togetherness that meals bring keep students eating the school food as well as provide us a common grievance, which is a good conversation starter.

It would be nice to have a healthier variety in our meals.

Blackburn's campus has a dining hall that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that offers a variety of different foods. There is also a snack bar area that offers grilled foods such as sandwhiches, burgers and drinks like coffee and smoothies. This is open throughout the day and you can use your meal plan for this as well. There are not fast food places on the campus however there are many places in the town of Carlinville to eat.

Food and Dining is not the best. The salad bar is my favorite, because you can never go wrong with a good salad. Off campus there are plenty of places to eat as well if you don't like the college food.

There is always a variety of foods. Special meals for vegans and vegatarians. If your not interesting in dining in you can visit snack bar and where there is a variety of take out.

The food is usually better at the beginning of the semester and on weekends with fewer people. There is always a good variety available. There are vegetarian and vegan options always available, as well as allergy accommodations.

No fraternities or sororities.

There is no Greek life here.
