Its basically just another community college. Its not that big a school. It has its good and not-so-good teachers just like any other school. Studying is STILL required. I was on that band wagon community college thing until I found out the hard way. Don't get behind.

Blinn College is a pretty good community college, especially if you want a good education for a great economical price. They have a fantastic nursing school and have other technical career programs as well. They're well diverse in offering many majors and career paths and classes. I've enjoyed my time here.

Even though it is a community college, the standards are kept high. The classes are almost as hard as Texas A&M's classes, if not, harder. It is a great school to take transferable courses to Texas A&M University.

I attend the college in Bryan, TX, not the one in Brenham. Blinn College has provided me with outstanding classes at more affordable prices. I feel that all my teachers have genuinely tried to teach me and wanted me to learn. The campus is spacious and nicely landscaped.

Blinn is a great school, especially for students planning to transfer to a 4-year university. It challenges students in a way other community colleges wouldn't and does a great job of preparing students for harder classes in universities. Students get the help they need with smaller classes and with professors that actually know their name.
