There is also a lot to do in nearby Boise, as well as there is skiing and snowboarding an hour's drive from the school.

However, there are tons of businesses, restaurants, and places for entertainment just down the street. You can walk to Walmart, or drive downtown. There's always something going on. A group of us used to go to Applebee's at the beginning of the year every Wednesday for karaoke -- it was a blast!
