Around Town

The events calendar has daily updates on what the university offers as extra events and workshops, but every week there are innumerable student groups creating events and shows for the BU community. If that isn't enough, Boston is brimming with life whether its down at Newbury, the House of Blues, or at the North End.

There are always events going on in the student union or around campus. Hockey games are tons of fun. On weekends, people may travel to Allston for parties and such.

You have the entire city! There is so much to do to Boston, as well as tons of other schools to meet people. There are also tons of concerts if you're into music.

There's so much. There will always be an abundance of free on campus events ran by student organizations, like concerts at BU Central. The entire city of Boston is at your fingerprints and there is always a party scene to be found if you're into that.

Maybe going down to Fenway Park?

The city itself was fun. You can do the historic trips, walk through all of the shops, or hang around by the river.

There is plenty of things to do for fun, especially since BU is a large city. There is always something going on. And BU's tuition also includes free admission into things like the Museum of Fine Arts. BU's hockey arena, Agganis Arena, besides holding frequent hockey games, is also an entertainment venue for Boston so there is always lots of musical acts that come perform. Another great thing to do for fun is to go see plays, the College of Fine Arts offers free admission to anyone with a BU I.D. and their performances are always impeccable.
