You're in Boston so there's really no shortage of things to do. Whether you're into sports (BU happens to be right next to Fenway Stadium), the arts, or really any kind of culture, there's something to do. Boston's transit system: the T as it's called, does a great job of being a reliable and quick transportation service. So really, all it takes is a quick Google search and you'll be on your way to some awesome local activity.

You can shop at Newbury street (it's a short walk from the campus), Cambridgeside Galleria, or Quincy Market. You can also visit the science museum or the aquarium.

Not a whole lot to do for nightlife unless you're 21. You can always explore the city and what it has to offer, just make sure you can afford the T!

You can go to hockey games, or to the multitude of events that different clubs and cultural groups hold on campus every week. They are advertised at the GSU (Student Union.) You also have easy access to the city of Boston which has a great variety of cultural opportunities such a museums and historical sites. There is great shopping on Newbury Street and at the Prudential Center. There are tons of restaurants. Some great Italian ones are located at the North End, along with Mike's Pastries and Modern Pastries, both of which are a must try.
