The campus does not have the traditional campus feel, but if you are a modern city person it is amazing. Boston is a great city for college students with lots of opportunities. I think the students need a little more school spirit.

BU is one of the most culturally diverse environments in the North east. Although the campus is large, everything you could ever want from the university and the city is reasonably close-by. The opportunities through networking and student organizations are infinite.

Boston University is a great urban, large school with a close community. It's great to know that although there are thousands of people at your school, you'll still always see people you know walking down the street. The coursework is challenging but definitely rewarding.

Boston University is a large university. It is set in the city but has a campus feel. It is also extremely diverse, you will never go without friends.

I'd give BU an overall 8 out of 10. That would definitely be at least a 9 if it wasn't so expensive. What it does offer is great academics, a fantastic city feel and a diverse student body where you're bound to make plenty of friends.

Extremely active and involved professors and facilitators. Knowledgeable teaching staff that prefers to participate. The best online classroom experience I've had over my last 5 years of schooling.

BU is a great school full of opportunities. Boston is a fantastic city to live in during your college years. The only negative I feel is that it is really difficult to get an A, especially in the science department.

The energy is extremely positive here! Always something to see and people always seem on the move! Right in the heart of Boston.
