    Don't be afraid to talk with your professors. The professors are there to help you and are more than willing to do anything that they can to help you out. However, they cant help if you don't ask. Also, don't be afraid of what is to come. Every incoming college student is in the same position.

    Play a sport in college, its worth it. Get in touch with people in your major or other students. Ask them if they like it, and Always go visit first.

    Dont be afraid when you see your professors in the dining hall during lunch time. It is a little strange at first, but you get over it. Also, dont worry about not eating with anyone at lunch the first 2 weeks of school your freshman year. Just ask to sit with a group of people.
