To be quite honest, the campus food is OK, but not the best food money can buy. Also, the food is a bit pricey, so I would recommend bringing your own lunch to school from elsewhere. On the bright side, there are a slew of dining options around campus for students to choose from.

The food on campus is really good. They have a variety of food from spanish food to asian cuisine and vegetarian options. The only thing about the food on campus is that it's slightly expensive. I usually buy food from outside. Outside campus there's Mcdonalds, Burger King, a deli, fisherman's cove, subway, quiznos, starbucks, popeyes, halal carts, and much more, which might be cheeper than on campus food.

Ive eaten at the cafe only a few times, but the times that I did, it was pretty good. Hamburgers, soup, fries, you name it. And for those tho like 'name-brand' food, there is a MCD, Quiznos, STARBUCKS, BurgerKing, and a few niche spots to eat right off campus. I recommend OVI's Place and Nostrand Express(Great Deli)

Absolutely terrible. I've finally learned my lesson and always bring lunch to campus. The cafeteria is terrible. And off campus isn't much better. My only recommendation in the area is Lord's Bakery just across the junction. But red velvet cake isn't very good brain food. There are a few starbucks on campus to get your caffeine fix, but other than that--STAY AWAY.

This college is not really big on greek life but there are a number of fraternities/sororities on campus. Even if the one you want isn't there, you can bring a chapter onto campus.

Check it out and see if you like any houses, if not petition to make your own sorority/fraternity by having potential members sign your proposal.
