    Lunch at the local Chinese diners are five dollars for a full meal with drink. There is a weekly newsletter that points out the next restaurants with budget on mind.

    People come to CCNY (and CUNYS in general) because of it's low tuition cost. CCNY is about $2500-$3000 a semester (about $5000 a year) and it is ranked as one of Princeton Review's and US news best colleges. CCNY is a good school, for very cheap.

    It is the best education you can receive at the price of about $5000 per semester, which Financial Aid can cover for most. If you want to go to college without the loans, consider any Cuny which are highly underrated.
