Yes the staff and student body are wholly unspectacular, and yes there's almost no campus life (this being a commuter school, after all) but there are a few gems in the staff, and students, and of course you're living in the greatest city in the world. If you're looking for the real college experience, don't go to ANY CUNY. If you're looking for affordability and a decent education though, Lehman fits the bill.
