Categories Comments Campus Safety 24 hour access with badge. To get into computer lab or library have to have a badge on. Also, to just be in the class must wear badge. They will check it. I feel very safe at this school.
Greek Life There is none.
Clubs and Activities Clubs for most majors and SGA. An example is SOTA. Which is student for Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Great for these types of students This is a great school for any student who wants to go into the health profession.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus The library is in the hospital across the street.
Bang for the buck Very expensive . Keep in mind it is a private school. It is worth it though. And printing is paid through tuition.
What to do for fun After classes we will walk over to the mall to get lunch with a few classmates.
Food and Dining Vending machines and sometimes local restaurants will come in and provide lunches.
Dorm Life There is none.
Academic Rigor I have graduated from a year University; but , this semester I have never studied so much in my life. Stay on top of everything!! Communicate with your instructors and form study groups if at all possible.
Tips for prospective students Be prepared to go to school all year round, and put that in account financially.
In three sentences Overall I would give the college an 8. The teachers are very proactive with all the students and are excellent at building our confidence for our future career choices. The staff in admissions is very helpful.

Categories Comments Campus Safety Security officers are prevalent and present on campus at all hours.
Clubs and Activities Though there are many clubs and activities, some of which I am a part, not very many students are involved. Most students who are involved do not show up for meetings and do not help participate in events meaning the same people do most of the volunteer work at the school.
Bang for the buck The way the pricing is set up per credit hour is ridiculous. There are brackets of pricing so someone taking 12 credit hours may pay the same as someone taking 16 credit hours, simply because they fall into the same pricing bracket. If you were required to take 12 credit hours within your program of choice, and wanted to take 4 more to get bang for your buck, there will probably not be any classes to take because not many extra classes are offered.
Food and Dining The vending machines have terrible choices and are priced incredibly high. No other food choices are available.
Dorm Life There are no dorms at CCHS.
Academic Rigor They expect too much out of students and all teachers grade differently. Clinical time is not accounted for in grades so if you are not a good multiple choice test taker, this school is not for you.
Tips for prospective students I wouldn't recommend coming to nursing school here. Although you will get a decent nursing school education, the cirriculum is set up for your failure. They start you in clinicals, skip clinicals for 6 months, and expect you to jump right back into it with more knowledge 6 months later. Also, when review a test with an instructor, the nursing instructors are very defensive and are not wiling to hear the students out when discussing a topic in detail. It comes down to what the teacher believes is correct, and not what the textbook says.
In three sentences This school will teach you how to pass the NCLEX, not how to be a nurse. Majority of the teachers want to seem as if they are caring and compassionate, but when it comes down to it they simply cant stand to be proven wrong, and wont admit to it if they are.
