Yes, CBU comes with a rather significant price tag, but what other school can you have lunch with your professor in the cafeteria just to talk about life? What other school do you virtually zero trouble getting into the classes you need? And what other school will create a brand new class just because six students have asked for it? Two of my classes this semester have less than 10 students. Three of my classes have less than 20. There is not comparison, CBU is more than worth the price of attendance.

It's is costly. A lot more that it costs for a Cal State or UC. The benefits are small classroom sizes, you won't have to fight for classes, and your getting an education that is based on Biblical foundations.
