There is not alot to do for fun in chico.

If you're 21 going to the bars is great. If you're not 21, than going to house parties are fun. But, try to limit yourself so you're not hungover on Saturday so you can go hiking, fishing, kayaking or whatever.

TONS of extracurricular activities waiting to be explored as well as a booming night life.

If you like to do outdoorsy things Chico is for you. Upper Bidwell and one mile are awesome to hike and go swimming on hot summer days. Thursday night markets are the best for ice cream sandwiches and all of the ethnic food stands. The WREC is awesome to play basketball, indoor soccer and lay by the pool! Also floating the river is a huge tradition in chico and an opportunity one should not pass up!

Chico IS a college town. The campus is downtown and all most all students live within and a mile and a half of campus. Finding something to do in between classes or on the weekend is never much of a concern.

When it is hot you can go for a float down the river. Walk around down town. Hike upperbidwell

There are a lot of things to do for fun on and off campus. Chico State is located right downtown, so you can easily walk downtown and enjoy the town. There are plenty of parks and other outdoor recreations. On campus, the hundreds of clubs and organizations, along with the sports teams and intramural sports will keep you plenty busy.

Hang out with friends and play indoor soccer.

Going down town and checking out the cool stores, getting ice cream, or trying out unfamiliar restaurants.
