I lived in the dorms for my freshman year. The dorms there are seemingly brand new and feel like your living in a hotel. At others schools, students are cramped and don't have space to fit all of their belonging. At Pioneers highs residents halls you are given help in all angels and the RA's (Residential Assistants) always try to make it feel like home.

This school has its ups and downs. I enjoy it when there are things to do on campus, but when there aren't things to do on campus it can be pretty lame. Unless, of course if you have a car because then you can leave when you are done with class. I enjoy the diversity at the school, there's a little bit of everyone there.

I lived on campus for my first year and i loved it. You really to know and meet a lot of people. It was also convenient when waking up for class and there are areas in the dorms to study in silence. I also joined a fraternity and made long life friends. Everyone is really friendly and accepting and is easy to get involved on campus. Also East Bay is in the heart of the bay area so going to the city is an easy drive.
