    All colleges are expensive these days but there is so much to do and absorb at Long Beach State and in the surrounding area that your money spent will be well worth it.

    Tuition includes a bus pass, basic health services, low cost pharmaceuticals, and a membership to the very nice Recreation and Wellness Center.

    Tuition isn't too bad but housing is a little steep. For having no kitchen and the size of the residence hall, it's pretty expensive. It is almost twice as much a tuition. With that said, it has its perks. Janitors clean the bathrooms and halls everyday and there is gym that is free for all students.
