    Students who come out of CSUMB are prepared to get a job in the real world. The service learning and community orientation of the school assure you make connections with future employers long before you graduate. While traditional liberal arts (writing/reading) aspects are weak, the inability to accurately name several Romantic area writers has never hindered anyone's ability to obtain employment (that I know of) thus far.

    Unfortunately, the food at the eateries and apparel in the bookstore are rather pricey. However, there are many farmer's markets throughout the county that offer great fresh produce at a reduced price.
