The food and dining is very good. Everything is located in high foot traffic locations. The food places also do not tax which is good for those that need to save all the money they can.

The food isnt too bad... I hardly ate at school because my goal was to finish school so I would attend the classes... but I did eat in occassions and when you are hungry you cantvreally complaint on what you are eating and you eat whatever is there as long as its food.

There's a Juice It Up, Burger King, Panda Express, Pollo Loco, and Arbor Grill on campus. Hopefully they can place some healthier restaurants but there's always the little stores that offer healthier choices.

CSUN has just redone the dining hall, now named Geronimos. There is a full service salad bar and sandwich bar. There is also fruit, cereal and other snacks availability during all meals. The hot meals change between breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They switch it up between Mexican, Chinese and Italian food so there is always variety!

There are tons of options from Panda Express and Subway to our own Freudian Sip coffee shop and Arbor Grill cafe. Not to expensive for us students but not extremely cheap either.

Most of the food venues at CSUN earn a 'B' at best, although I highly recommend The Marketplace, which features a wide variety of Mexican, Chinese, and Italian food. I probably would have given CSUN five stars had they brought Chi-Chi's Pizza and Pasta onto campus.

If you want to expand your connections, becoming Greek is a great way to begin. You'll become part of a large student population and will be aware of many events; such as parties, fundraisers, sports games, philanthropy events, etc. Don't join a house just because they're the best one, but choose a house that you feel most comfortable with.

I am a member of a greek organization and it has been one of the best decisions I have made during my collegiate experience. The community supports Greek life and the campus faculty attend our fundraisers and philanthropy events to show support!

Depending on what sorority or fraternity you go into it can really make a difference on your college life. You do not really hear about greeks, only during their rush week, or sometimes for their parties. But, some are more focused on their philanthropy and studies.

I was involved in Alpha Phi Fraternity for two years and enjoyed my experience. The Greek life is very fun and there are a ton of students involved. This is a great way to meet people and be involved in a sister/brother hood for life. There are so many people ready and willing to take care of you and make sure you have a good time.

there are always events and they are on fire! the Greeks know how to throw a party, raise money and just make everyone feel good. There is a week where all the guys give girls roses and tell them what is beautiful about them, its cute to see random people feel good about themselves of all different backgrounds and orientations.
