Categories Comments Great for these types of students Calumet College is great for the returning student, great for the first time student or any level they have exactly what you need.
Tips for prospective students I admonish any perspective student in the region to check out the best kept secret. It is well worth the four years of time and effort. Better than any of the larger universities in the area that boast of their satellite campuses!!!
Bang for the buck The admission may be a little more expensive but well worth it.
Am enjoying being here I attend at night but I still am able to keep up on the activities along with the day students. The faculty get to know you by name even the guidance and financial aid counselors. Everyone is like family!!
Am learning a lot I love this college. The academic level is wonderful especially for returning students like myself. The student-teacher ratio is great so the attention I get from my profs. is excellent!!

Categories Comments Campus Safety It's dark in the parking lots and doesn't have much lighting so if your a female, it can be a little spooky. But the security is friendly and do check often.
Greek Life ??????
Clubs and Activities I don't have time, so I don't know.
Great for these types of students If you want to learn from someone who has been there and done that, then this is the right place for you. Also for those who have a busy scheduled, this school is perfect because they offer classes that are one day a week.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus Since I commute, I really don't know.
Bang for the buck If this is perfect for me, it is perfect for you. It is very doable.
What to do for fun Since I take night classes and I commute time is an hour, I really can't give an opinion of what to do for fun.

Academic Rigor The work is hard and the professors are a bit tough, but it is worth it if you are serious about your field and what to learn and understand what you are going into. The professors do a very good job in teaching because they have experience and are extremely helpful.
Tips for prospective students Since some classes are one day a week for 3-4 hours, get ready to work hard. It's great that it's one day but the work makes up for it.
