  Great for these types of students	Any Christian. Whether you are looking to go into full time ministry, just get a semester or two of bible before you go off to a bigger university, or get a Masters degree from the seminary, this the college for you.
  Tips for prospective students	Come to the Campus preview if you can. It gives you a great taste of what the school is all about and it's a great chance to meet some potential future classmates. This year (2010) the Campus preview is March 11-13. Be sure to Contact the school so they know you're coming. (www.calvary.edu)
  Bang for the buck	For only $15,000 a year, it's one of the cheapest (non junior or community) schools around.
  Am enjoying being here	It's a great atmosphere! Everyone here is like family.
  Am learning a lot	This is one of the best places to get you basic Bible classes. The Professors here really know their stuff and it's a joy yo sit under the,

  Campus Safety	a guard is on duty at all times, security cameras are placed all over campus, girls receive rape whistles to call for help, stickers go on the campus vehicles, etc.
  Greek Life	you can take greek classes!
  Clubs and Activities	chorale, evidence (vocal ensemble), men's soccer and basketball, women's volleyball and basketball
  Great for these types of students	music and theatre students have amazing opportunities at calvary! also pastoral studies and counseling majors.
  Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus	you will be showered (being immersed in cold water) if you are engaged while a student on campus or when you graduate lol
  Bang for the buck	definitely worth what you pay if you are willing to make the most of your experience.
  What to do for fun	kansas city is 20 minutes south of the campus. you can go to worlds of fun or oceans of fun. ice skating in winter, to different plays and operas at umkc, the art museum, etc.
  Food and Dining	food is actually good for school food. salad bar, sandwich line, hot line, soda/juice fountain, ceral/breakfast area.
  Dorm Life	dorm life is amazing! it's a close knit community between halls. there are brother-sister hall activities, devos, dorm parties, etc.
  Academic Rigor	the bible classes are exceptional and will challenge your thinking and any preconceived ideas you might have had.
  Tips for prospective students	apply for scholarships early!!!
  In three sentences	calvary is a small, intimate school that offers more personalized teaching. calvary's faculty and staff demonstrate a real ability to encourage and care for their students. calvary has a good variety of ways to be involved at the school.
