    Don't be afraid to get involved and meet people. Calvin is a great school but you will have to put forth effort to succeed. You can find pretty much anything you're interested in at Calvin.

    Talk to other students about the classes you should take for your first semester. Your advisers may trip you up by making you take classes that you don't need or that are too hard for first semester.

    If you are into partying, you might want to re think going to Calvin. There is not that many parties, but there are activities to do on Saturdays that Calvin College host.
