What Students Are Saying

The small class size is great for being closer to the teacher to learn.
Caleb from Hickory, NC
Very challenging, but manageable, especially with the teachers who actually care about you succeeding. You will have to study and work for your grades, but what else do you expect?
Alex from Benson, NC
4 stars for academics.

The medical field is rising and the hardest of the programs and courses offered here.

The Professor- students relationship is the most important t having the best academic experience. If the student doesn't care the professor doesn't care about giving the very best teaching (this is mostly true for math and science). If the work isn't done by the student the Professor doesn't help as much.

Academic excellence is continually being placed upon the student to take initiative for learning. Professors want to teach and they get more in depth and do the harder more challenging things wit the students that want to learn.

This depends on your major. I am a pharmacy major, and my classes tend to give many people a hard time. Honestly, I have only found one class hard in my two semesters, but most of my friends have found multiple classes giving them major difficulty.
Troy from Fayetteville, NC
Class are TOUGH! But professors are very helpful and have open door policies. Tutoring is available most nights in the library. Stay on task and go to class. They do have a strict attendance policy, unlike many public colleges.
Layne from Bear Creek, NC
Some classes are a piece of cake, while others are a tough pill to swallow.
