There was an entree buffet, a salad bar, a grill, a stir-fry station, pizza station, sandwich station, and cereal and fruit. The dessert bar was always stocked. One of my favorite things about CU was the Blue Bell ice cream. It was awesome! Overall the food was okay--not nasty, but not exactly delicious either.
