Carthage and really the whole city of Kenosha seemed very run-down. Even the new dorms had paint chipping everywhere.

Good academic school with a lot of opportunities for students. There is not much to do on campus when not in class. Most students go home on the weekend.

The campus is beautiful, directly on Lake Michigan, I have a lake-view from my dorm window and it is amazing. The view was my main motivation fro choosing Carthage, but once I arrived I realized that there are many other perks too. The professors are helpful and try their best to help you succeed and the friends I've made here are some of the best friends I've had.

Its safe you can wonder around at night and not worry about getting mugged or anything. There are plenty of place to get food and study for those midnight cram sessions. All around its a good college I recommend it to anyone.
