Get to campus early if you take morning classes because the traffic is bad and parking spots are hard to come by.

Try and go to classes on campus if you can, the teachers will work with you if you need help getting through the semester, and it is easier to do that if they know who you are.

I would advise you to take classes at the school if at all possible. I have found that online classes seem to give more work.

Only one tip I could give, It is about enrollment. Make certain you ask students about what to do and make absolutely sure you attend their first class that is mandatory ABOUT enrollment. If you fail to do this class well before you apply for financial aid then you will not receive your aid til later in the semester because CVCC does not look at applications until AFTER the mandatory class has been taken. Only then can you actually enroll( You can apply but they won't open your file til you complete the class, thus your Aid will not be processed til the class is complete and your fully enrolled).
