The meals vary greatly from Italian to Chinese cuisine. There's is a salad bar complete with every topping including tofu for the vegetarians. Everything is served fresh as in that day. There is a breakfast section with muffins, bagels, cereal (gluten free if you prefer) and a fridge fully stocked You can even make your own waffles, omelets, etc.
