For those serious about Christian community, a prayer group meets at 9:09 school day evenings. CCCB is a small school and friendships grow close; spending time playing video games or watching movies is common. Exercising, walking, or going to the YMCA is also popular. Moberly is a small town but does have Wal-Mart and a few fun thrift shops and fun places to eat such as Chen's Bistro. Students often drive 30 miles south to Columbia to hang out downtown.
