    Central gives out a lot of scholarships which keeps prices low. Another thing to keep in mind is you only have to live in the dorms for one year, which cuts your price in half for the next 3 years.

    There are some great community events such as the Max and Emily's concert series in downtown mt pleasant! I saw Jeff Daniels perform for free, and he was amazing!

    The bookstore on campus rips you off, but you just learn to buy your books from another source. Other than that, I think Central is decently priced.
