    Parking is a bit troublesome so show up early. If you don't you will have to walk a long way up a huge hill

    Speak extensively to advisers, they are knowledgeable and can get you on the right path. Tell them what you want to do after college so they can help get you there. I recommend transfer degrees to young students instead of an associates degree.

    I would advise prospective students to take full advantage of the tutoring centers, as they are extremely helpful and can make a letter grade difference. Forming study groups is also ideal for information heavy classes, such as psychology. Considering the campus of COCC has an endless amount of stairs, I would tell prospective students to wear comfortable shoes. Also, a spare jacket always comes in handy, because the weather changes quickly in Central Oregon!

    If you are interested in a teaching degree this is a great community college to get started with. We also have a Oregon State graduate school on our campus that you can obtain a Masters or Bachelor's Degree in a number of professions.
