    Take advantage of all the workshops/seminars that are offered. Take advantage of all the social events that are held here. Do not make the mistake of treating a community college like it is a joke, because it is the gateway to the rest of your education.

    Make sure you come in and speak with a counsellor and get signed into a program. If you have a question or concern the counsellors are excellent at either having the answers or finding who does for you.
